Bud has been a licensed Georgia real estate agent since 2004, but he has been involved with rural tracts of land since the early 90’s.  Prior to joining 3 Rivers Realty, he spent over 15 years as the Business Manager for a private consulting forestry company that served clients across southwest Georgia, north Florida, and southeast Alabama.  His primary focus in real estate is timber/recreational properties.  Bud is very involved in the community, serving as a member of the Agriculture Committee of the Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors serving on various committees as well as its Board of Directors; and past Chairman of the local chapter of the United Way.  Bud is a native of south Georgia and lives with his wife in Bainbridge .
